I designed this webpage as a place to display my projects in more detail than a more traditional portfolio. The online medium allows you to scroll through projects, see images and videos, and read sections about the project that might interest you.

A few sections are password protected upon request of other parties involved in the project. Please email me for a password at cae@stanfordalumni.org.

A little about myself... Growing up in Palo Alto, California, my life was always filled with a weird combination of "artsy" and "techy" (you could call me an engineering and computer geek with a love of dance and performance).

I didn't have far to travel to get my bachelors and masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University, finishing in June of 2008. My love for design flourished at Stanford. The concept of creating functional, attractive, innovative, and beneficial products is what inspires me to move forward and work in this field. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to get hands on experience designing products, working both individually and on teams.

Outside of mechanical engineering and product design I love to dance (and have been doing so since the age of five). During my time at Stanford, I was able to continue dancing as a member of both Urban Styles Jazz Dance Company and The Stanford Dollies, and in Ram's Head's rendition of the musical Cabaret. Inevitably, the two sides of my life have always found a way to intersect, each teaching me new things about the other.

Other joys in my life include indulging in food, traveling (although I haven't done nearly enough), music, and spending time with family and friends. Currently, I am looking forward to the next adventure life has in store for me
